Welcome to the launch of a brand new site for Ignite Physical Therapy!  My name is Michael Ufomadu.  I am a Physical therapist and owner of Ignite.  I’m so excited to bring you our new page.

This blog was created to provide a resource about different injuries from frozen shoulder to plantar fasciitis.  There’s so much information out on the Internet now a days so be sure to take it in with a grain of salt.  Please understand That the information I post in a lot of the information you can find online is generalized and may not fit your particular situation.  With that being said I always love to hear from you guys so please feel free to leave a comment or question to any post to see.  Always be sure to consult with your doctor or physical therapist when dealing with an issue.
